The list is endless and the pains are deeply unforgettable.  The socio economic costs of this avoidable waste are immense and priceless. eCERT is both an intranet and an internet based application that monitors and evaluate the progress of Driving School Trainees right from registration to Certification and Annual evaluation. The application evaluates and authenticates the trainee at every stage of the training. LASDRI’s eCERT maintains a record of all certified drivers in Lagos State and serve as immediate reference for law enforcement agents like LASTMA, Nigerian Police, Federal Road Safety Corp to validate and authenticate driver’s proficiency claim before issuance of Driver’s License and maintain a tap on trainee in case of violation.

The success of the fingerprint-enabled eCERT developed, deployed and maintained by Wizards Solutions Limited for the Lagos State Government vide its Lagos State Drivers’ Licence Institute is a testimony of the pioneer (pace-setting) nature of the Lagos State Government and the undeniable capacity of indigenous software companies.
