Wizards Solutions was originally incorporated as Esogop Nigeria Limited on the 12th day of January 1998.The name changed following the extraordinary resolution passed at the annual general meeting of the Board in 2004.Wizards Solutions was registered as a Business name incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of 1990. The Board is responsible for enduring transparency, equity and fair conduct in the management of the company, and have put in place enduring structures and systems to ensure that all business decisions are not only taken in the best interest of our organization but also in accordance with the Company and Allied Matters Act of 1990.
